The CXU has six different switches. By setting the switches in different
positions, the CXU can be configured to connect radio signals from a specific
CDU to a specific RX input on a dTRU.
The CXU is also connected to a CDU bus. By sending data through the CDU
bus, the switches can be set to fulfil one of six supported configurations.
The unit contains splitters for distribution of incoming RX signals to the
switches and in some cases directly to an output.
