Your Ballad Speaker is designed to operate easily and reliably.
However, problems can arise from time to time. If you need a
little help, check out these common issues and solutions.
Will Not Turn On

Ballad may not be charged. Please charge for 10 hours or
plug into a wall outlet using the AC Adaptor.
Make sure the leather cover is flipped open.
If the leather cover is open, try pressing and holding the
POWER button.
Make sure your Ballad speaker is on.
Make sure the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth
enabled device is activated.
Make sure you are within Bluetooth connectivity range (40 feet).
