Maintenance
To keep your Ballad Speaker working well and looking sharp,
simply wipe with a dry cloth as needed. Do not use cleaning
agents as they may damage the leather and the finish.

Make sure your Ballad speaker is sitting on a level surface.
Make sure your Ballad speaker is facing outward.
Make sure the volume control setting on both your Ballad
Speaker and your device are at your desired level.
