3. Install the wiring cable with the 2-pin connector from the rear
of the cooktop into the electronics connections box. Use a
T20
TORX
driver to install screws through the UL strain
®
®
relief connected to the wiring to the electronics connections
box. Plug in the 2-pin connector to the 2-pin receptacle
inside the electronics connections box.

4. Install the flat wiring with the printed circuit board (PCB)
connector from the front of the cooktop into the electronics
connections box. Use a T20
and the UL strain relief connected to the flat wire to the
electronics box. Plug in the flat connector to the PCB
receptacle inside the electronics connections box.
5. Install the wiring cable with the 3-pin connector from the
front of the cooktop into the electronics connections box.
Use a T20
TORX
driver to install screws and the UL strain
®
®
relief connected to the wire to the electronics box. Plug
in the 3-pin connector to the 3-pin receptacle inside the
electronics box.
6. Use a T20
TORX
driver to reinstall 2 screws and the
®
®
electronics connections box cover.

Electrical Connections – Cooktop to Junction Box
on the Blower Motor Assembly
1. Disconnect power.
2. Use a T20
TORX
®
electrical junction box cover and set aside (if not removed).

NOTE: Illustration shown has been disassembled for reference.
3. Remove the nut from the UL strain relief and conduit
assembly.
4. Install the wires and UL strain relief into the middle hole in
the right side of the electrical junction box. Install the UL
C
strain relief nut over the wires and onto the UL strain relief
inside the electrical box and tighten. (Ensure the UL strain
relief screw is positioned so that it is accessible for
tightening, if required).
A. 3-wire conduit from right cooktop
B. 3-wire conduit from left cooktop
C. 4-wire power supply conduit
to home power supply
5. Loosen the 3 terminal screws (upper empty terminal) in
the left end of the horizontal terminal block. (See N in the
"Electrical Junction Box" section.)
6. Install the black wire to the left terminal location marked
"BK." Tighten the terminal screw. (See N in the "Electrical
Junction Box" section.)
7. Install the red wire to the left terminal location marked "RE."
Tighten the terminal screw. (See N in the "Electrical Junction
Box" section.)
8. Install the yellow-green wire to the left terminal location
marked with the ground symbol. Tighten terminal screw.
