Heating and ventilation system, air conditioning system
To refit
1 Oil the mating surfaces, compressor valve
housing, cylinder head and gasket with refri-
gerant oil.
2 Fit the gasket between the valve housing
and the compressor.
3 Fit the valve housing on the compressor.
Note! The dowels should be located in the
holes in the compressor.
4 Fit the gasket between the valve housing
and the cylinder head.
5 Refit the cylinder head.

holes

Refit the 5 bolts holding the cylinder head
onto the compressor.
Torque tighten in 2 steps
1) 10 Nm (7.4 Illf-Itt
2) 30-40 Nm (22 .1-
