    Quick Assembly Guide - BESV TRB1 2. Assembly Procedures 2.1 Stem and Handlebar 2.1.1 Engage the stem clamp and make it just hold the handlebar slightly. The cable arrangement as below picture. 2.1.2 Adjust handlebar to center of the stem and rotate to proper angle.

    Quick Assembly Guide - BESV TRB1 2.2 Front Wheel 2.2.1 Assemble the front wheel to the fork. 2.2.2 Install the front wheel axel from right side. a. QR type – Tighten QR to and close the lever. The lever should parallel to the fork.

    Quick Assembly Guide - BESV TRB1 2.3 Pedal 2.3.1 Set up the right pedal. Assemble the pedal with marking “R” onto the right crank clockwise and tighten it. 2.3.2 Set up the left pedal Assemble the other one with marking “L” onto the left crank counterclockwise and tighten it.

    Quick Assembly Guide - BESV TRB1 2.4 Seat Post 2.4.1 Adjust seat height Open seat clamp and adjust to a proper seat height Note 1: When adjusting the seat height, need to pull out the cable accordingly, in case the seat height switch is triggered all the time.

    3.1 Check the tire pressure is normal. 3.2 Check the function of the brakes, derailleur, chain and seat post. 3.3 Check the function of the electric module and the battery power. Please refer to TRB1 user manual. Finish BESV TRB1 Quick Assembly.
