Caps lock state
This option specifies the format in which the reader sends character data. This is used by USB keyboard
interfaces.
00 = Caps lock off, send character data in normal format.
01 = Caps lock on, send character data in reverse case.
02 = Auto Caps lock.

Caps Lock State = Caps Lock OFF
Caps Lock State = Caps Lock ON
Caps Lock State = AUTO Caps Lock Enable
