Control Board
Power Bootup Check
There is one red LED (D11) on the
board. Power must be on to check. See
F
. 12 for location. Function is:
IG
Startup: 1 blink for 60 Hz, 2 blinks for
50 Hz.
Motor running: LED on.
Motor not running: LED off.
Status code (motor not running):
LED blinks status code.
Control Board Replacement
Check motor before replacing board.
See Electric Motor, page 47.
1. See Before Beginning Repair, page 35.
Relieve pressure, page 22.
2. Remove access cover (39) at back of con-
trol module to expose control board (406).
3. Disconnect all cables and connectors from
board. Remove two jumper wires (413)
from J10 pins 7-8 and 9-10.
4. Remove screws (408) and remove board
from control module.
5. Install new board in reverse order.
Apply thermal compound between the
square steel piece on the back of the
board and the main aluminum plate.
Order Part No. 110009 Thermal Com-
pound.
