3.Filter Wheel Index Adjustment
Note: After replacing main board,combiner,filter wheel or
upgrading firmware, the filter wheel index adjustment should
be done.
Equipment: - Video generator
Test signal: - 1080P 1920 x 1080 @60Hz
WUXGA 1920 x 1200 @60Hz
Test pattern: - 64 Gray RGBW, 256 Gray
Inspection item - Check if the color level is supersaturated.
- If the color level is supersaturated, the 64
Gray RGBW, 256 Gray test pattern will
appear blurred and fuzzy.
Criteria - Colors in 64 Gray RGBW, 256 Gray test
patern appear sharp and clear.
- No noise is visible on the screen.
Procedure - Project the 64 Gray RGBW pattern.
- Enter into service mode.
- Click wheel index (3x) or select wheel
index (2x).
- Click filter index.
- Set up for the color index value.
Only confirm the red color level as the other
color levels are not taken into account.
