8b. Attach the Power and Communications
Cables (Modem Connect)
Use the supplied modem cable to connect the jack that is
connected to the telephone line to the modem jack on the
modem board.
Connect the power cord to the barrel connector on the main
board.
After a few seconds, the HandPunch display will show:
ENTER ID/(TIME)(DATE).
