Unequal Mosaic is applicable to all need splicing occasions, equal splicing is the special case
of the unequal splicing, namely is the special situation of all splicing unit parameters are the
same. For all the occasions besides that, all can use unequal joining function.
Following is the example to illustrate how to set the unequal splicing parameters. Splicing
form is as below：
