When Auto File Naming is disabled, the user enters a file name manually.
Each data recording and all its associated audio files are structured as below: -
FILENAME.dat
FILENAME.csv
FILENAME_V_TIME_DATE.wav
FILENAME_A_TIME_DATE.wav
Each audio file is then tagged with one of the following for easy identification: -
• V – Voice Memo
• A – Noise Event Audio File
Each audio file is then time and date stamped in the format as per language selected,
in the UK this is as follow: -
• TIME – hhmmss
• DATE – ddmmyy

Auto File Review

When Auto File Review is enabled then when each data recording ends and is saved
either automatically or manually then the dBAir automatically displays the file.

Save CSV File

Enable Save CSV File to also save a CSV file.
Converting the data file to the CSV file automatically occurs after the data file is saved
and depending on the file size, may take several moments to complete.
The CSV file can be copied from the USB Drive and opened in spreadsheet applications.
