3. OUTSIDE SURFACES
This grill is made of stainless steel, which is non-rusting in certain conditions.
After initial grilling, certain areas of the grill may discolor. This is normal
discoloration caused by the intense heat from the burner. Specks of grease can
gather on the surface of the stainless steel and get baked-on. These can usually
be removed with warm soapy water or a stainless steel cleaner. Wipe your grill
down after each use.
Use a grill cover to protect your grill for complete protection! A cover is your
best protection against weather and outside pollutants. When not in use or for
long-term storage, keep the unit under a cover in a garage or shed, with the gas
cylinder removed (must be stored outdoors).
