    2. INSTALLING THE BOTTOM SHELF Parts Required: Bottom Shelf (#19) Screw (#A) Locking Washer (#C) Washer (#B) Installation: • From underneath, secure the bottom shelf to all each leg using a screw, locking washer, and washer. Ensure the flat surface of the shelf is facing up.

    6. ASSEMBLING THE SIDE SHELF Parts Required: Side Shelf (#15) Tool Hook (#17) Side Shelf Handle (#16) Bottle Opener (#18) Installation: • Turn the side shelf upside down. On the edge of the side shelf with four holes, install the tool hooks into each hole along the edge. Tool hooks will secure to the self-clinching nut that is pre-mounted on the inside.

    9. SECURING THE CHIMNEY Parts Required: Chimney Gasket (#6) Chimney Stack (#7) Installation: • Locate the chimney opening on the side of the main barrel. Remove the pre-installed two screws, locking washers, and washers. • From the outside of the main barrel, secure the chimney gasket and chimney stack to the side panel by re-installing the two screws, locking washers, and washers.

    PELLET GRILLS (WALMART) UNDERSTANDING THE PROBES TAILGATER, CLASSIC, AUSTIN XL TEMPERATURE PROBE • Located inside the main barrel is the temperature probe. It is a small, vertical piece of stainless steel. The temperature probe measures the internal temperature of the unit. When the temperature is adjusted on the Control Board, the temperature probe will read the actual temperature inside the unit and adjust to the desired temperature.

    ACTUAL 200º PROBE 2 PRIME SMOKE PROBE The plug-in connection port on the front of the Control Board is for a Meat Probe. When a meat probe is connected, the temperature is displayed on the LED Screen. When the meat probe is not in use, disconnect the adapter from the connection port.
