How to Verify that the Subscriber Manager is Running a Compatible Version

Step 1

Open a Telnet session to the Subscriber Manager.

Step 2

Go to the Subscriber Manager bin directory and enter

Press Enter.

Step 3

The response to this command displays the Subscriber Manager version.

Navigate to the Console installation file, sca-bb-console-<xxx>.exe, and double-click it.

Step 1

Follow the standard installation steps to install the application at the desired location.

Installing the Cisco SCA BB configuration utilities is optional.

From the Cisco SCA BB installation package, extract the scas_bb_util.tgz file, and copy it to a Windows or Linux
