Checking the return sprocket
The return sprocket must be checked for smooth turnability every month. For this purpose it may be necessary to
remove fixed crossbars from the bottom block.
Check whether the bottom block moves correctly when lifting and lowering. Jerky movements of the bottom block
indicate wear.
We recommend replacing the return sprocket every second time the chain is replaced.
