If there is a problem with the hands-free system or a Bluetooth phone, first check the table below.

The hands-free system or Bluetooth
phone does not work.

Likely cause
The connected Bluetooth phone may
not be a compatible Bluetooth mobile
phone.
The Bluetooth version of the
connected mobile phone may be
older than the specified version.
Solution
For a list of specific Bluetooth phones
which operation has been confirmed
on this system.
Please contact your local dealer to
arrange a demonstration in order to
confirm whether or not the phone can
be paired with the vehicle.
Use a mobile phone with Bluetooth
version 1.1 or higher.
Recommended:
• 8-inch with Navi system/8-inch
system: Ver. 3.0 +EDR or higher
• 6.5-inch system: Ver. 2.1 +EDR or
higher
