Using your fingernail, turn any of the the recessed slots located on both sides
of the e265G device, to pry the back cover open.
NOTE
You can also use a coin, flat tip screwdriver, or the edge of a card.

Remove the battery by gently pulling the plastic tab to access the SIM
compartment.

Insert the SIM card with the gold contacts facing up. Make sure that the SIM
card is fully inserted to be able to re-insert the battery.
NOTE
The SIM slot has a spring-loading mechanism. To remove the SIM card from the
slot, simply press the card into the slot and then release to eject the card.

Re-insert the battery by aligning the gold contacts in the battery with the pins
on the e265G device.
NOTE
The plastic tab attached to the battery allows you to easily remove the battery from
the compartment. Make sure that the plastic tab is still visible after insertion.

Place the battery cover back and tighten the screw.
