To reset the password for the HITEC X2 AC Plus Black Edition:

1. Press the ENTER button on the charger.
2. Navigate to "SYSTEM SETTING."
3. Press the DEC button twice.

    Connection Connecting to power source There are two kinds of inputs for X2 AC Plus Black Edition, DC 11-18V and AC 100-240V. A. Operating in AC mode X2 AC Plus Black Edition comes with built-in switching power supply. You can connect the AC power cord directly to the main AC socket.

If the settings are incorrect, the battery may be damaged and could potentially burst into flames or explode. To avoid short circuits between the banana plugs, always connect the charge leads to the charger first and then to the battery.

    This program is only suitable for charging/discharging Lithium chemistry batteries (LiPo, LiHV, LiIon and LiFe). The X2 AC Plus Black Edition offers the following lithium charge modes: Charge, Balance Charge, Fast Charge, Storage and Discharge. BEFORE SELECTING A CHARGE MODE, IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU SELECT THE CORRECT TYPE OF LITHIUM BATTERY TO BE CHARGED.

If a fast charge is necessary, select the fast charge mode and follow the same charging instructions as for the Lithium Charge Mode or Lithium Balance Charge Mode.

    DC Power Supply To use the X2 AC Plus Black Edition as a power supply, the user must connect the charger to an AC power source. When the green LED on the back side turns on, the user is free to use the power supply. The power of the DC output is adjustable from 10W to 100W and the output voltage is 13.8V.
