Program blocks

The wash block sequence is pre-determined and is the same as the
sequence in the program chart (see "program chart").
Pre-rinse 1

Pre-washing removes coarse soiling and foam-building substances.
Main wash 1

Depending on the wash load, cleaning generally occurs at
temperatures between 113°F/45°C and 149°F/65°C with the
addition of an appropriate process chemical.
Interim rinse 1

In the interim rinse stages, the chemical agents from the
previous wash blocks are rinsed off and neutralized where
necessary by the addition of appropriate neutralizing agents.

(DI) water should preferably be used if available for the final rinse.
