Getting Started Inserting the Batteries • Disconnect the instrument from any connections and turn the rotary switch to the OFF position. • Use a Phillips head screwdriver to unscrew the 2 attachment screws and remove the battery compartment cover. • Remove the old batteries and replace them with 4 new batteries (LR6, AA, 1.5V), observing the polarities.
