7. DC power to the unit should never be applied until the antenna (or other suitable load) has been
attached to the RF output connector. Safe operating procedures must be observed when unit is
transmitting into an antenna (see sections 1 &2 above).
8. Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) precautions should be observed as a safe practice.
9. The transmitter will generate considerable heat and is the responsibility of the end user to properly
heat sink the device before using.
