Issue 07 (2013-11-08)
3 large-power modules + 3 small-power modules + 1 BBU, and an RFU in lower shelf.
NOTE
The BBU connection should be restored if there is a future extension. That is, the BBU should be powered
from DCDU in the upper shelf (1.3m power cable).
shows the small configuration scenario.
NOTE
In this scenario, the fan assembly in the upper subrack does not need to be powered on, and therefore it
does not need to be connected to any power cable.
Measure the distance between the DCDU-11A and the external power supply equipment
according to the actual cable route, and then prepare power cables of a proper length.
Add an M6 OT terminal to one end of the power cables. For details, see Assembling the
OT Terminal and the Power Cable.
Remove the protective cover from the terminal block of the DCDU-11A.
Connect the blue cable to the wiring terminal labeled NEG(-) and black cable to the wiring
terminal labeled RTN(+).
Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws on the wiring terminals.
