Lower the puller on the optical module.
Insert the optical module into the CPRI port in the GTMU/WBBP/LBBP, and then insert
an optical module of the same type into the CPRI_W, CPRI0 or CPRI0/IR0 port in the RF
module.
NOTE
The optical modules with the same label are of the same type.
Raise the puller on the optical module.
Remove the dustproof caps from the connectors of the optical fiber.
Insert the DLC connectors labeled 2A and 2B at one end of the CPRI fiber optic cable into
the optical module on the GTMU, WBBP, or LBBP, and then insert the DLC connectors
labeled 1A and 1B at the other end into the optical module on the RF module.
NOTICE
l The optical fibers on the BBU side is 0.34 m (0.013 in.). When a fiber optical cable
connects a BBU and an RF module, the optical fibers on the BBU side and RF module
side are 0.34 m (0.013 in.) and 0.03 m (0.0012 in.) long, respectively.
l If an LC-LC optical fiber is used, the TX port on the BBU must be connected to the TX
port on the RF module, and the RX port on the BBU must be connected to the RX port
on the RF module.
