Problem
White residues and/or
flecks are visible on
items.

Possible cause
The water softener is
programmed to a setting
which is too low.
Water entering the
machine through the AD
water connection is not
soft enough.
The salt reservoir is
empty.
The salt reservoir cap has
not been screwed on
correctly.
The rinsing agent
reservoir is empty.
The rinsing agent dosage
has been set too low,
causing water marks.
The quality of the final
rinse water was not good
enough.
Remedy
Check the water hardness
level of the water supply and
programme the water
softener correctly.
Change the resin in the aqua
purificator.
Fill carefully with salt.
Replace it making sure it
screws back on correctly.
Add rinsing agent.
Increase the rinsing agent
dosage setting.
– Use water with a lower
conductivity level.
– If the dishwasher is
connected to a cartridge
for demineralised water,
check its condition and
exchange it if necessary.
