Transcriptionist Assigned to Pool Diagram
A-Jobs
can be assigned to 3 types of pools: Flagged, Non-Exclusive
and Exclusive.
Transcriptionist-Only the transcriptionist that is assigned to an exclu-
sive pool can access the jobs in that pool. Nonexclusive pools can be ac-
cessed by any valid transcriptionist.
Supervisor-Questionable jobs can be flagged by the transcriptionist
and sent to the supervisor for review. Only the supervisor can access the
flagged pool.
Sign off-Transcriptionist finishes typing the report and signs off the
job.
