Those persons that are authorized to use the system are referred to as subscrib-
ers. There are six types of subscribers:
Dictator-
Records and reviews jobs (if enabled). Typically a
physician.
Listener-
Reviews jobs for specific information, cannot edit.

Supervisor-
Manages the system, and can perform transcription.
Group leader-
Dictator that reviews and authorizes transcription
Transcriptionist- Types and signs off the jobs.

Group member-
This dictator's jobs must be approved by a Group
leader before they can be transcribed.
The procedures presented in this chapter will show you how to add, delete or
edit subscriber profiles and perform subscriber inquiries.
