Use the <spacebar' OrTag
menu to tag subscribers.
Tagging Jobs
To tag
or unfag one job at a time
Highlight a job in the listing, and press the <spacebar>.

After you display an inquiry, you can tag one or more jobs that appear in the
listing. Tagging will allow you to modify several jobs at
a
time. The Modify
and Assign menu selection display
a
Highlighted or Tagged option in their
drop-down menus.

Select Tag.
A drop down menu appears.

Select one of the following:
to tag all jobs in the listing
to remove the tag from all tagged jobs
to tag the entry that is highlighted
