STARTING AND STOPPING

To start the motor:
1. Plug the edger into an AC power outlet.
2. Press and hold the lock-off button (1) and press the switch trigger (2). The motor of the edger
will stay ON
as long as the trigger switch (2) is held.
To stop the motor:
1. Release the switch trigger (2) .
2. Allow at least 5 seconds for the blade to stop rotating.
3. The edger will be locked OFF until you press the lock-off button (1) again.

ADJUSTING THE AUXILIARY HANDLE

1. Pull the lock button (1) up to loosen.
2. Adjust the auxiliary handle (4) to the desired position.
3. Push the lock button (3) back down to secure.
