Redialing a Call

To dial the last number called,
press the Redial key.

Transferring a Call

Depending on the IP Telephony system you
are using with the SoundStation IP 3000,
you may or may not have Call Transfer
capability. If it is available,
While on a call, press the

soft key. This places the call on hold.

Muting a Call

While on a call, press the Mute key.
(Your call status LED's blink red,
and a Mute icon appears on the LCD.)

Changing the Volume

To adjust the volume, press the Up
or Down volume keys.

Entering the Phone Book

Ph Book
Press the
soft key.
If your current screen does not have
Ph Book

soft key:

Calling an Entry From the Phone Book

1 From within the Phone Book, press the
Up or Down scroll key to highlight the
entry you want to call.
Call
2 Press the
soft key.

Transfer
To cancel the transfer (e.g., if the
line is busy or there is no answer),
press the
to the original call.
To turn off Mute, press
the Mute key again.
1 Press the Menu key.
2 Press the Up or Down scroll
3 Press the Select key.
Dial the number to which you want
to transfer the call.
When you hear ringing, press
Transfer
the
soft key again.
Resume
soft key to return
