keys at the same time, turn Power SW on. After that, press "A" key (Test mode on standby).
Place the voltmeter probe at TP3.
Confirm that TP3 's voltagen is whthin 1.5 V.
Place the voltmeter probe at TP2.
Confirm that TP2 's voltage is within 1.5 V.
Connect a signal generator (904.0125 MHz, 1 kHz modulation frequency, 2 kHz
modulation, +60 dB ˚Vemf output level) to the RF unit TPA.
Adjust VR3 so that the speaker output TP5 is –30.0 dBm (25 mV).
Connect a modulation meter and signal generator (904.0125 MHz,
+60 dB ˚ V, unmodulation) in TPA and GND. Connect an AF oscillator (f=1 kHz,
-19 dBm level ) to the MIC terminals (TP4) and V
Adjust VR4 to set the modulation to 5.5 kHz Devi.
Adjust VC201 so that transmission ferquency is set 814.0125 MHz
Connect frequency counter between TPA and GND(RF UNIT).
Input sythesized signal generator. (904.0125 MHz, 60 dB ˚Vemf, 3 kHz Devi)
between TPA and GND.
Adjust VR1 so that TP (DET OUT1) level is set to –15.5 dBm (130 mV).
Decrease the sythesized signal generator output so that 20 dB test point goes to
sleshold level (unstable "H" and "L").
Output level of signal generator less than 4dBµV (1.6 µV, –109 dBm).
Connect the frequency counter between the TP1 and GND and confirm that the
frequency is 12.8 MHz and that Vp-p is approximately 900 mV.
Connect the Spectrum analyzer the TPA and GND and confirm that the level is |
12 dBm }4 dB (0.5 mW~0.125 mW) Typ. 0.25 mW.
