    Voice guide Operation guide The unit starts the following voice guidance in Japanese: Operations Send a fax Copy Add entries to the phonebook Store phonebook entries in the speed dialer Make a call using the phonebook/redial/ speed dialer/call memory Change a ink film Select fax documents from the main unit memory Reading-out dial The unit announces the number dialed in Japanese, when you make a call with the main unit.

    Operating the built-in answering device Recording your own greeting message You can record your own greeting message. When receiving a call, it will be played to callers instead of the pre-recorded Japanese greeting message. Press (Function). Press Press (Set). Lift the handset.
