Loosen Allen screw (1) and remove headlight from
mounting.
6. Replace headlight.
Installing headlight
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Install cables carefully and secure them with cable
clamps and cable ties. See "Installing".
3. Tighten all screws finger-tight.
4. Check all mobility device functions.
5. Adjust headlight roughly using grid. The user can carry
out the final adjustment following the user manual.

6.10.8 Replacing headlight (LED)

• 4 mm Allen wrench
• Side cutting pliers
• Cable ties
Removing headlight
1.
Remove rear and center shrouds. See 6.8.1 Replacing
rear shroud, page 38 and 6.8.2 Replacing center shroud,
page 38.
2. Take exact note of positions of all cables and sockets
that they are connected to. Mark connectors and
sockets or take a photograph with a digital camera.
3. Disconnect cable of affected headlight from lighting
circuit board (2).

Open cable clamps (1) and remove all cable ties and pull
the cable out of mobility device.
5. Loosen screw (1) and remove headlight from holder.
6. Replace headlight.
Installing headlight
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Install cables carefully and secure it with cable clamps
and cable ties. See "Installing".
3. Tighten all screws finger-tight.
4. Test all functions.
5. Adjust headlight roughly using the ratchet plate as a
guide. The user can carry out the final adjustment
following user manual.

6.10.9 Replacing front bulb holder (until 03/2012)

• Phillips screwdriver size 2
• 8 mm wrench
Removing headlight holder
1.
Loosen two cap nuts (2) using and remove headlight
with mounting from rubber bumpers.
2. There are two Phillips screws, (cannot be seen in the
picture), that fasten headlight to mounting. Loosen two
screws to remove headlight from mounting.
3. Replace mounting.
Installing headlight holder
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Tighten all screws finger-tight.
3. Check all mobility device functions.
4. Adjust headlight roughly using grid. The user can carry
out the final adjustment following user manual.

6.10.10 Replacing headlight holder (starting 03/2012)

• Size 2 Phillips screwdriver
8 mm wrench
Removing rear light holder
1. Loosen both nuts (1) and remove headlight with bracket
from rubber mounting.
2. Loosen both screws (2) to remove headlight from
bracket.
3. Replace bracket.
Installing headlight holder
1. Refit parts in reverse order.
2. Tighten screws finger-tight.
3. Check all mobility device functions.
4. Adjust headlight roughly using grid. The user can carry
out the final adjustment following user manual.
