     Brakes, wheels and tyres do wear and should be replaced if necessary. This can be arranged through your local Mothercare store.  If parts become stiff or difficult to operate, ensure dirt is not the cause, then try a light application of a silicone lubricant, ensuring it penetrates between the components.
