8 Trouble shooting

8.1 The Phone Failed to Register to SIP Server

1. First of all, check the IP address. If the LAN port is DHCP, please ensure the DHCP server has been
enabled.
2. Check the network gateway
3. Check the DNS
4. Make sure the input account matched the one provided by Service Provider
5. Make sure SIP Server has been enabled already
