802.1X
IEEE 802.1X authentication is an IEEE standard for Port-based Network Access Control (PNAC), part of the
IEEE 802.1 group of networking protocols. It offers an authentication mechanism for devices to connect to a
LAN or WLAN.
It supports protocol EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS, EAP-PEAP/MSCHAPv2, EAP-TTLS/EAP-MSCHAPv2, EAP-
PEAP/GTC and EAP-TTLS/EAP-GTC for 802.1X authentication.
Set the 802.1X via the webpage: Network > Advanced > 802.1X
