Firmware download process:
Connect your mobile with Robstep via bluetooth and get the Serial Number.
Send the serial number to Robstep customer service.
Get the firmware Robstep_ update.bin from our staff and copy it to the root directory of your mobile memory.
Reconnect with M1, then choose firmware upgrade.
Do not select "download peripherals controller only" and press start downloading. You will be notified by system if firmware
upgrade is complete.
It M1 does not auto restart after firmware upgrade, please use the remote control to restart.
If the green indication light always on or not on at all, please tick "download peripherals controller only" and start
download.
If you still could't fix follow by the way above, please contact Robstep customers service.
if upgrade fail, please try the follow ways:
If the green indication light keep flashing, press "start downloading"
directly.
