The user should now perform the management communication setup.
For example, the DCC parameters must be configured correctly to be
able to transmit managing information from NE to NE. Furthermore,
the described DCN setup is required for performing the network tests
described in Chapter 6.
All required tasks for setting up the management communication are
described in the " LambdaUnite
Operations Guide", Chapter 3.
