Opening the burner
Disconnect the electrical supply from the
burner.
DANGER
Loosen screws 1)(Fig. 44) and withdraw the cover 2).
Disconnect the hoses 7).
Remove screws 3) and pull the burner back by about
100 mm on the slide bars 4).

Closing the burner
Push the burner until it is about 100 mm from the sleeve.
Only for long blast tube burner: unscrew the screws 9) and
remove the two extension bars 8) from the slide bars 4); then
fix the screw 9).
Re-connect the leads and slide in the burner until it comes to
a stop.
Refit screws 3) and pull the leads gently out until they are
slightly stretched.
Reconnect the hoses 7).

Only for long blast tube burner: remove the screws 9) and
install the two extension bars 8) onto the slide bars 4); then
fix the screw 9).
Disconnect the electrode leads and then pull the burner fully
back.
Remove the screw 6) and extract the internal part 5).
