    4.5.1. Wedge Separation Indicators The wedge separation indicators allow precise probe/wedge spacing. The crossbar graduations indicate millimeter measurement. To utilize the wedge separation indicators, follow these steps: If present, remove all chain assemblies from the scanner. Ensure wedges are installed (see Installing Wedges on page 15).
