❹ Troubleshooti ng
• Before you contact your reseller, please carry out these few simple checks using the following
tables if a problem occurs.

4.1 I Device behaviour

• On start-up, the device remains "paused" for 3 minutes before it starts operati ng.
• When the setpoint temperature is reached, the heat pump stops heati ng: the water temperature
