Installing or Replacing SAM Cards

Carefully slide the SAM card into the slot, by aligning the card and carefully
sliding into the slot until fully inserted.
Before inserting the SAM card, position it as shown in
gold contacts facing outward, toward the unit. The cardholder slot in the reader
has a set of contacts.

Close the SAM cardholder.

Slide the locking tab to the

Slide the cardholder cover back, locking it into place.

Reconnect the cables to the device.

Power up reader for use.
