1.6 PORTABLE-TO-RACK CONVERSION.
The following procedure is given s o that a 1650-B
Bridge can be converted from a portable assembly to
a rack-mounted assembly. T o accomplish the mechani-
c a l and electrical changeover, a Rack Adaptor Set
(P/N
1650-3350) must be ordered from General Radio.
T o mount the instrument in
a
rack adaptor panel,
proceed a s follows (Figure 1-4):
a. Open the instrument t o i t s horizontal position
(full open) and lock the handle.
