    Use the recommended cables (see chapter "Connecting to Moisture power supply") and tighten the cable gland. You can give your VEGAPULS 66 additional protection against moisture penetration by leading the connection cable down- ward in front of the cable entry. Rain and condensation water can thus drain off.

    If good mixing of the product is important, you should use the version with perforated surge pipe. If the flange of VEGAPULS 66 was separated from the tube during transport, make sure when mounting that the polar- isation marking is displaced by 90° to the vent hole. Take care that the plastic tip of the radar sensor is not damaged during transport.
