PROBLEM
Vacuum motor does not run, or
runs slowly

Clogged or dirty manifold

Machine solution tank empty.
While in off-aisle mode with wand/hand
tool trigger squeezed, machine was
turned off by key switch, or emergency
stop switch.
Pump harness in-line fuse blown
Fuse cap or fuse making bad connec-
tion

Check wires connections and motor
Replace brushes, check commutator
Check wires, connectors and actuator
Remove debris
Replace brushes
Charge batteries
Fill solution tank
Clean solution strainer
Clear obstruction from plumbiing
Repair or replace solenoid valve
Clean solution manifold
Charge battery
Check wires, connections and motor
Replace brushes, check commutator
Check wire connections and actuator
Replace Nozzle
Fill solution tank
Disconnect & reconnect solution
supply hose to pump
(relieves suction pressure buildup)
Replace fuse
Remove fuse cap and fuse, reinstall
