External Equipment Connection

You can connect various compatible audio
and video devices to your television.
AV inputs: Press the AV button on your
remote control. Source menu will be
displayed. Here, you can select whichever
input you would like.
DIGITAL: While in the AV or Analog TV
modes, move onto this option and press OK
button for switching to the Digital TV mode.
ANALOG: While in the AV or Digital TV
modes, move onto this option and press OK
button for switching to the Analog TV mode.
SCART : To watch the picture of the
broadcast device connected to Scart, select
SCART from the Source menu and press OK
button.
(You can watch via this Scart if the
connected device has a RGB output).
Note: To connect to your Television a RGB-
supported external device via Scart, you
must use a Scart cable supporting RGB. In
this case, if your external device supports,
you can set the output as RGB.
SCART-SVHS: To watch the picture of
the broadcast device connected to Scart
by converter adaptor, select SCART-SVHS
option from the Source menu and press OK
button.
Note: Scart-SVHS converter adaptor is not
supplied with the television.
AV : To watch the picture of the broadcast
device connected using the RCA (Cinch)
input, select AV option from the Source
menu and press OK button.
HDMI: To watch the picture of the broadcast
device connected using the HDMI, select
HDMI option from the Source menu and
press OK button.
PC: You can use your television as a
PC monitor by connecting a PC to your
television. After making necessary PC
connections, select PC option from the
Source menu and press OK button.
YPBPR: From the VGA (PC) input of your
television you can make Component (YPbPr)
connection by means of the converter
adaptor. To watch the picture of the
broadcast device after making the necessary
connection, select YPBPR option from the
Source menu and press OK button.
High Definition - HD ready
Your television can receive high-
definition signals (HDTV). You can
connect the input sources (HDTV
set-top box or HDTV DVD player)
to the (HDMI) socket (digital HDTV signal).
This ensures that you can view digital HDTV
programs, even if they are copy-protected
(HDCP High-Definition Copy Protection).
9.1-Connection types for
external devices
Your TV is equipped with 5 inputs including
antenna input, which allows for the external
device connection. These inputs are:
1-Antenna input
2-SCART input
3-RCA input
4- HDMI input
5-VGA/YPbPr input
You can connect your external device
supporting the suitable inputs to your TV
via these inputs. By pressing the AV button
on your remote control, select the external
source input to which you connected your
device.
