Cleaning the griddle plate


Danger of burning!
Let the griddle plate cool down
sufficiently before cleaning it.

Fire hazard.
Clean the grease drip tray after every
use of the griddle plate.
 Loosen coarse soiling immediately
with a stainless steel spatula and
scrape fat and residues into the
grease drip tray.
 Remove excess fat with a piece of
kitchen roll.
 Remove any soiling with a damp
sponge.
Stubborn soiling can be removed with
warm water and a little washing-up
liquid. Remove any washing-up liquid
residues from the griddle plate with a
damp cloth and dry it with a clean
cloth or with kitchen roll.
 Remove the grease drip tray and
empty it.
 Wash the grease drip tray in the
dishwasher.
 Rub a little vegetable oil onto the
griddle plate after every cleaning.
 Replace the grease drip tray.
