Maintenance switch or
maintenance function is on
1- Control unit zero/span key
was pressed.
2- Service module
zero/operate switch in zero,
span/operate switch in span
3- Service module
test/operate switch in test
Control unit fuse open

Remedy
Return all to operate
positions.
Replace and check for shorts
in the power supply or
individual boards.
