Danger zones

A danger zone is a zone specified by French law. This type of warning is given in France at the
start and end of the danger zone.
 Accident hotspots
This type of warning is given for a place where road traffic accidents have historically been
concentrated.
Risk zones

A risk zone is a temporary danger zone reported by users. This type of warning is given in France
at the start and end of the risk zone.
When speeding

This warning is given as soon as you exceed the speed limit by more than 5 km/h or 3 mph.
When you are speeding, the speed panel also turns red in the guidance view.

Language and Units

Select Settings in the Main Menu, then select Units.
Select this setting to choose the units used on your device for features such as route planning. If you
want the units to be set by the GPS, select Automatic.

System

Select Settings in the Main Menu, then select System.
Select this setting to choose the language and the time zone.
