12. Panel Assembly
(Time required: About 10 minutes)
12-1. Remove the top board assembly. (See procedure 4)
12-2. Open the back key cover. (See procedure 5-2)
12-3. Remove the key cover assembly. (See procedure 10)
12-4. Remove the screw marked [82], pull off the rod from
the spring holder and remove the spring R. (Fig. 20)
* Remove the spring L in the same manner.
12-5. Put cloth or the like between the panel assembly and
keyboard.
12-6. Remove the four (4) screws marked [83] and then
remove the turning axle assembly R from the panel
assembly. (Fig. 20)
* When installing the turning axle assembly R, carefully
check for the direction of the damper (turning axle)
on the side of the arm assembly R. The turning axle
assembly R should be installed in such direction that
letters ("TH") stamped on the damper (turning axle) is
upside down. Installation otherwise will damage the
damper.
12-7. Remove the turning axle assembly L in the same
manner. (Fig. 20)
* Be sure to remove the turning axle assembly R fi rst.
12-8. Remove the panel assembly. (Fig. 20)

12-2. 回転蓋 （後）を開けます。 （5-2 項参照）
12-3. 回転蓋を外します。 （10 項参照）
12-4. [82] のネジ 1 本を外し、バネ軸 ( A) をバネ固定金具
から抜いて、バネ (R) を外します。 （図 20）
※ バネ (L) も同様に外します。
12-5. パネル Ass' y と鍵盤との隙間に布等を入れます。
12-6. [83] のネジ 4 本を外し、 パネル Ass' y から回 転 軸
Ass' y (R) を外します。 （図 20）
※ 回転軸 Ass' y (R) を取り付ける際、 腕木 (R) 側にあるダンパー
（回転軸）の向きに注意して取り付けてください。
ダンパー （回転軸）に刻印されている文字 （ "TH" ）が逆さま
になる向きで回転軸 Ass' y (R) を取り付けます。向きが違う
状態で組み立てるとダンパーが破損します。
12-7. 回転軸 Ass' y (L) も同様に外します。 （図 20）
※ 回転軸 Ass' y は、(R) 側から先に外します。
